You're an unfortunate taxpayer who needs to file his IRS and so you have to deal with the labyrinthine bureaucracy of the state. Eventually, you realize that you'll have to commit more and more infractions to get your paperwork through, culminating in tax fraud, but beware, don't get caught by security.
